Highlights of our program include:
In 2023, approximately 50% of our merchants' $30 million in sales at Denver International Airport (DEN) and San Jose International Airport came from ACDBE participation, showcasing our unwavering commitment to all levels of entrepreneurship.
Alongside our ACDBE merchant partners, we have successfully onboarded numerous Local, small business enterprises into our program, who we discovered through our targeted canvassing efforts at farmers markets, street fairs, concerts, malls, and retail centers.
We make it possible for local businesses to thrive in the airport environment with entry costs as low as $15,000. This ensures that significant financial barriers do not stand in the way of small business’ airport retail success.
We unlock airport retail opportunities without the need for RFPs or capital investments, making it easier than ever imagined for local businesses to participate.
We connect with local businesses through active engagement with city outreach efforts, farmers' markets, street fairs, concerts, malls, and retail centers. This hands-on approach ensures that we bring the best of the local community into the airport.
Our 'Retail 101' training equips small business owners and their teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the unique airport retail environment.
Our program reduces operational costs by managing receiving, stocking, inventory, storage, and delivery, allowing small businesses to focus on serving customers.
We provide design, graphics, signage, merchandising, and setup support, helping small businesses present their brands in a professional and appealing way.
We enhance the airport’s retail mix by integrating local community brands, creating a sense of place that resonates with passengers and boosts airport community outreach.
Our 'Pop-Up' opportunities and flexible license agreements, with terms as short as six months, offer small businesses the chance to gain airport experience without long-term commitments.
We believe that small businesses have the potential to transform the airport retail landscape. By providing turnkey retail solutions, flexible pop-up spaces, and comprehensive support, we empower local enterprises to thrive in a competitive environment. Our commitment to small business success fuels our drive to innovate continually, ensuring that these businesses have the tools and opportunities necessary to grow and flourish in the airport retail space.
