Ross V. Provenzano is the President and CEO of Provenzano Resources, Inc. As the visionary founder of the company over 30 years ago, Ross pioneered the concept of creating and managing specialty retail spaces, with a focus on malls, municipalities, and airports. With a strong background in retail operations and commercial real estate, Ross possesses an exceptional expertise within the industry. Recognized as an influential figure in the US retail sector, he is widely regarded as an authority in the field of specialty retail. Ross is a 25 year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of the California Board of Realtors. Ross is actively involved in philanthropy through roles and participation in Kairos International Prison Ministry, the Catholic Church ministries, board member and past Board Chair of St. Augustine High School, and the founder and Board Chair of Rise Up Industries, an NGO dedicated to the successful reentry of formerly incarcerated gang members into society, while also leading gang prevention and intervention programs.
Vice President
Lee Eckholm is an exceptionally experienced professional, serving as PRI's Vice President for the past 16 years. With a specialization in the creation, leasing, management, merchandising, and consulting of common area Retail Marketing Units (RMUs), kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term leasing programs, Lee has made significant contributions to shopping malls, lifestyle centers, entertainment centers, mixed-use locations, airports, and municipalities. With a keen eye for market trends and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, Lee excels in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in establishing successful retail strategies across diverse environments.
Director, Airport Operations
Cord Rouba is a skillful specialty retail professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Denver Airport Specialty Retail Program Manager at PRI since 2016, Cord is known for her expertise in overseeing retail operations and driving revenue growth. Prior to her role at PRI, Cord held pivotal positions as Assistant Vice President, Marketplace Manager, and Leasing Manager for leading retail and property management companies in the greater Denver Area. With a strong track record of success, Cord brings strategic leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the retail industry.
Director, Business Development
Michael Webb is the Director of Business Development, where he is passionate about empowering small, minority-, and women-owned businesses to succeed in the competitive airport retail industry. With over 20 years of experience spanning real estate, Michael has excelled as a Broker/Realtor, Certified Appraiser, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Property Manager, providing expert market insights and managing transactions with precision. His journey began in construction, restaurant management, landscaping and building materials across Reno, Nevada, Eugene, Oregon, Santa Barbara, CA, and San Diego, CA giving him a well-rounded foundation before transitioning into real estate. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Urban Studies from San Diego State University, as well as an Associate of Science in Fire Technology and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies. He currently resides in San Diego County with his wife and three sons, where they run a 4-acre working orchard and an on-site Airbnb.

Celina Fowler is a highly accomplished professional, currently serving as PRI's Regional Director of Specialty Leasing. With over seven years of dedicated service at PRI, Celina has been instrumental in driving successful specialty leasing initiatives. Prior to joining PRI, she amassed 14 years of experience in Retail Management and sales team leadership within the luxury high-price retail sector. Celina's expertise spans diverse areas, including cosmetics and apparel, with a focus on affluent markets such as Beverly Hills and San Francisco. Her strategic mindset, combined with a deep understanding of consumer preferences, has consistently resulted in revenue growth and elevated brand experiences.
Director, Specialty Retail
Linus is an energetic private equity investor with 25+ years of international cross-sector expertise, currently serving as PRI’s Technology Strategist and Director of Specialty Retail. He has held leadership positions in cybersecurity for Symantec, Norton, and Veritas; in law enforcement for the Santa Clara P.D., in biotech for Serceu R&D, in A.I. for Skipper Intelligence, in telecom for Telcel. Lino's worldwide network and multi-industry knowledge have shaped a broad skills portfolio, focused on establishing commercially viable and globally relevant brands. As an advisor to the Santa Clara County authorities since 2018, he co-drives policy implementation with the use of innovative technologies. Linus is actively involved with various NGOs, including Upwardly Global, the Zephyr Institute, and Catholic Relief Services. Linus holds a Bachelor degree in Business, a Master degree in Marketing, and Liberal Arts studies from Stanford University.

David Zimmer is a gifted and versatile visual guru, currently serving as the Lead Visual Manager at PRI. With a wealth of experience in visual merchandising, window design, prop building, set design, product design, and tradeshow production, David has honed his skills over a remarkable career spanning over 30 years. Prior to his role at PRI, he contributed his expertise to renowned establishments such as Neiman Marcus and Anthropologie. Additionally, David is an acclaimed artist, showcasing his creative talents through nationwide exhibitions. With his keen eye for aesthetics and exceptional artistic flair, he consistently delivers captivating visual experiences that leave a lasting impact.
Operations Manager - Denver International Airport
Owen Nicholson is a dedicated member of the Team, currently serving as PRI's Airport Operations Manager, bringing 11 years of invaluable experience to the role. With a deep understanding of airport retail logistics and crew management under FAA and TSA security protocols, Owen ensures smooth operations and adherence to regulatory standards. Alongside his professional pursuits, he is an avid basketball enthusiast and has contributed as a coach for 8 years. Owen's passion for teamwork and leadership extends beyond the workplace, demonstrating his commitment to fostering growth and excellence both on and off the court.
Assistant Program Manager - Denver International Airport
Hailing from the island of Guam, Cheri is an accomplished Program Coordinator with a track record of implementing successful programs tailored to consumer needs. Her experience spans various roles, including Procurement Counselor at APEX Accelerators, where she provided counseling to over 350 clients on marketing products and services to governmental agencies. She served as a Program Coordinator at the University of Guam, where she assisted in administering Federal Grants and Aids Programs and communicated financial aid opportunities to students. She also worked as an Accountant at AON Insurance, focusing on managing accounts and financial transactions. Her tenure as a Revenue Agent at the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation showcased her expertise in providing financial guidance to taxpayers, conducting investigations, and interpreting tax codes. Cheri possesses a diverse skill set, including organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and excellent communication. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Guam.
