This is a step-by-step guide to access the Friedman sales training platform
Step 1
We recommend that you first read through the steps on this page before accessing the training platform using the button below.
You will need the login credentials provided in the email you received.
Step 2
This is your dashboard where you may track progress. Scroll down to access the available training modules.
Step 3
Click on "Condensed Sales Course"
Step 4
Please click on Retail Sales 101. Separately, you may go back through a second time and select the 20 Retail tips to have the best holiday season if you like, also free of charge.
Step 5
Click on "Start" - The entire course should take about 1 hour, however you may save your progress and pause it whenever you like.
